Craniosacral Therapy & Birth Doula Care
still the mind; stir the soul
I’m so happy to be entering this space with all of you. A little about me, I love spending my time with mama Superior and out in nature. Dark chocolate, music and community are some things that make my world go round! I’ve been drawn to the healing arts my entire life.
My studies began in Greece where I took my prenatal yoga teacher training and became a certified prenatal yoga instructor. Soon after I returned home, I trained and received my credentials from Doula Trainings International to be a Full Spectrum Doula-consisting of birth, postpartum and reproductive health education. Most recently, I was trained by the longtime Marquette Craniosacral Therapist Kim Kee, and have taken my courses for certification through the Upledger Institute for Craniosacral Therapy.
My mission is to ensure that everyone feels embraced, heard and truly witnessed in life’s greatest and lowest moments, and this job is the perfect way to implement those beliefs. I could not be more honored and excited to step into this practice with this beautiful community of Marquette.
