Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural rhythms to support healing and balance. Using a light touch, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system, consisting of the membranes and fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

This subtle yet powerful therapy allows the body to do what it knows best - to heal! Sessions are deeply relaxing, allowing the body to shift out of a state of tension and into one of restoration. At its core, craniosacral therapy is about creating space for the body to heal itself: gently, naturally, and holistically.

Some of the Major Benefits of CST Include:

  • Regulation and balancing of the nervous system

  • Chronic or acute pain relief

Client Reviews

“Craniosacral Therapy has been incredibly helpful for me in feeling good in both my mind and body, and it is thanks to Trinity’s remarkable gift and the care she brings to her craft. I would recommend anyone to try it!”

“After our session I felt different-lighter. I had the sense that a lot of dense, heavy energy had been moved in my body. All without needing to talk or re-visit painful memories. If you’re looking for a gentle, sweet, supportive healing modality (and person) please check out Trinity! I’m so grateful for all she was able to support me with.”

Amanda H.

“Absolutely amazed by Trinity’s ability to dive deep into both the physical body and subtle energies surrounding it. I walked with an extreme outward stance (like a duck) my whole life. After working on the emotions stored in my hips and coming to Trinity for Craniosacral therapy, my hips and entire structure fully corrected itself. Now at almost 40, I am finally able to walk straight without pain in my hips or back! My family has been shocked at the difference. Forever grateful!”
